CHARLOTTE BUTTERWORTH - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Charlotte is Managing Director and joined SPA in 1997 from MORI, where she
specialised in political research. With a First Class Honours Degree
in French and Italian and an MSc in European Social Policy from the
London School of Economics, Charlotte
left academia for the cut-throat world of market research.
Primarily a qualitative researcher, she works mainly across the media and advertising sectors as well as heading up the kids qualitative team at SPA. Charlotte has two young children who she enjoys spending time with outside of work.
