BALBIR PUNIA - DIRECTOR

Balbir Punia, Head of Field Direct. Balbir has headed up the fieldwork division of SPA for the last 9 years and overseas a department of six executives. She has considerable experience overseeing the smooth running of all qualitative recruitment that takes place at SPA and for other external clients.  She works closely with SPA’s network of qualitative recruiters in order to ensure that the most suitable respondents are recruited for each project.  She has overseen many of our more unusual projects for example where clients have been targeting more upmarket respondents including captains of industry or have wanted to bring a distinct but regional disparate group together
